Created specifically for Tilonia, the menagerie of Rajasthani animals are created in block print fabrics to mix and match with the Tilonia Home bedding collection.
The friendly, Rajasthani Elephant is sewn by women artisans of Tilonia in block prints in Hanuman Paisley in Mustard Yellow and Centipede Stripe in Slate Grey. It is 100% natural cotton printed with AZO free dyes, filled with polyfiber filling.

Today was the big day to install the signage we’ve been developing with HelloLAB for a health clinic in Jackson Heights, Queens. Despite a few tricky project constraints (including a very poorly positioned light!), we’re very happy with the results. Our initial feedback and testing was positive, but we can’t wait to observe how people react to the messaging and wayfinding. The designs pull inspiration from the neighborhood’s vibrant colors and varied signage while trying to encourage healthy habits.

We recently received these amazing images from our partners in Tilonia, India. The pillows that were showcased a few months ago in the post about our Pratt Pop-up! Shop opening are in the process of being handcrafted by the artisans of Tilonia.
While we’re disappointed that we couldn’t make the trip to India to fully collaborate in the development of the products, we’re looking forward to continuing to work with Friends of Tilonia. We are excited to have the opportunity to use design to support their mission of bringing greater market access and employment opportunities to the artisans at the Barefoot College.
